Hairnua.com Shipping Options varies depending on your chosen option. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders received after 2 pm EST weekdays are considered as next business day order. Orders received after 2 pm on a Friday and weekend are considered the following Monday’s order so 48 hours order processing will apply from Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for any customs or broker fees/delays associated with your order. Please contact your countries tax department for more information on these fees and additional transit time.
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Please note Hairnua Shipping Options and terms. Orders shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
We require 24 hours to process your order and have it ready for shipment. How soon you receive your order depends on the shipment option selected.
Please note we are not liable for any delay with the shipping company. Shipment warranty is limited to order processing time only. We will strongly advise you order in advance to avoid any delay.
If your order is shipping to an address that is different than your credit card billing address, additional verification steps will be required and your order may be delayed or canceled.

SHIPPING CREDIT CARD ORDERS
For credit card payment, The Hairnua Shipping Options are to USA and Canada ONLY, other International billing address must pay with Western Union or Bank Wire transfer. Expect a delay if billing and shipping address are different! To process orders going to a different address other than your billing address MUST require you to verify your Credit Card. This includes submitting the front and back images of your credit card plus a signed copy of the credit card authorization form.
To avoid this, choose your billing address as your shipping address upon checkout.
RESHIPPING UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Please note that it is 100% your responsibility to track your order!
We do our best as a company to ship your order in a timely manner including providing you a tracking number.
Please track your package once shipped to know transit time. To know the status of your order, please log in to your account view Order History.From there you can easily see your order status. You can easily track your order by clicking on the tracking number.
Please ensure to open the actual order in question to view tracking number or other important note associated with that order.
If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, there is an additional shipping fee plus 15% Restocking Fee. Ensure that you input the correct address; make sure to review your shipping address to avoid having an undeliverable address.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide, please contact us if you are having a problem completing your orders!
If your billing and/ or shipping address is an address other than USA and Canada, we ONLY accept Wire Transfer OR Western Union for ALL orders. Just check out via Wire Transfer or western union. There will be an additional $20 fee for International Bank Wire Transfer.
NOTE Canadian customers: We can ONLY ship to your billing address if payment is via credit card.
There is No destination restriction in shipping confirmed orders placed by using Western Union or Wire transfer as your form of Payment.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot depreciate the value of the content of your package. Also, all orders are insured so we must provide the total amount of your package.
